Welcome to AI CV Optimizer. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website, services, and features (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
AI CV Optimizer provides an AI-powered tool that tailors resumes and CVs to specific job descriptions. The Service analyzes job descriptions, extracts relevant keywords, and modifies your CV to better match potential employers' requirements and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
2.1. No formal account registration is required to use our Service. However, your session information, job data, and CV content may be temporarily stored (locally) to facilitate the optimization process.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any session identifiers and for all activities that occur under your session.
3.1. The Service costs $1.00 USD per CV optimization.
3.2. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy ("LS").
3.3. Payment must be made before the optimization service is delivered.
3.4. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once the optimization process has begun.
4.1. By submitting your CV for optimization, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and process your CV solely for the purpose of providing our Service.
4.2. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit, and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4.3. We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain all ownership rights to your original CV and the optimized version.
You agree not to:
5.1. Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
5.2. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
5.3. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
5.4. Use the Service to transmit any malware, spyware, adware, or other harmful code.
5.5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
5.6. Use automated methods, such as bots or scrapers, to access or interact with the Service.
5.7. Submit content that is false, misleading, or otherwise dishonest to generate CVs that misrepresent your qualifications or experience.
6.1. The Service, including its original content (excluding your submitted content), features, and functionality, is owned by AI CV Optimizer and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AI CV Optimizer. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
7.1. Our Service integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to OpenAI, Lemon Squeezy and Google.
7.2. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by those third parties.
7.3. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI CV Optimizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8.2. We do not guarantee that use of our Service will result in employment or improved job application success. The optimization is based on algorithmic analysis and may not be suitable for all job applications.
9.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AI CV Optimizer expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content generated will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI CV Optimizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
11.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
11.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date.
11.3. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the country in which this software's account in Google Cloud is registered and located in, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
